Tap a day to open it. Mark what you did, then sum up the day's text in a word or two — whatever stayed with you. Short entries collect in the Monthly recap at the bottom; longer ones stay on their own day. Use Save now and then; that backup file keeps your words safe if you switch browsers or devices.
